Can you customize the knitted dress we designed?

We fully support custom dress designs! Whether you provide complete design drawings (e.g., silhouettes, neckline/cuff/hem styles) or just design ideas (e.g., a French tea dress with floral prints, a retro square neckline with waist gathers), we can bring them to life. Specific customizable details include:

1. Silhouette & structure: A-line, straight, umbrella styles, or special designs (fake two-piece, split hems, detachable belts);

2. Fabrics & craftsmanship: Regular fabrics (cotton, chiffon, knit) or custom options (jacquard, embroidery, digital/reactive printing with your patterns);

3. Sizes & details: Custom sizes (per EU/US size charts), adjusted dimensions (dress length, sleeve length, waist fit), and exclusive elements (logo embroidery, custom buttons).

Just provide clear design references (AI/CDR files, high-res renderings, or annotated sketches). Our team will contact you within 1 workday to refine details, optimize feasibility (e.g., suitable printing for fabrics), and make 1-2 pre-production samples. Mass production starts only after your approval, ensuring the final product meets your expectations.

What sizing standard do you follow?

We follow international standards (such as EU, US, and Asian sizes). Each size comes with a detailed parameter chart including chest circumference, waist circumference, garment length, and sleeve length. I’ll send this to you for reference right away.

What’s the MOQ for custom knitted garments? Can I order 2 styles with 100 pieces each?

The MOQ for custom knitted garments is usually 200pcs/style/color. This is because knitted fabrics require “full-batch dyeing” (each batch makes at least 200pcs, and small-batch dyeing increases costs by 30%), plus fixed costs for custom patterns and printing/embroidery equipment setup.
For your request: We offer a “combined MOQ” – 400pcs total for 2 styles (200pcs each) at the same unit price as 200pcs/single style. If 400pcs is not feasible, 100pcs/style is acceptable with a 20% cost surcharge (covers small-batch dyeing and equipment setup), which can be refunded when you reorder 300pcs+/style later.

Do you conduct quality tests?

We have 3 core quality inspection steps to ensure bulk orders match samples:

Incoming fabric test: Each batch of custom fabric is tested for elastic recovery rate (≥85% in both horizontal and vertical directions, shrinkage rate ≤3% after washing) and pilling resistance (≥Grade 4 per GB/T 4802.1, meaning no obvious pilling after washing); a test report is provided.
Pre-production sample confirmation: Samples are made with the same fabric batch as bulk orders. You can test hand feel, elasticity, and print/embroidery fastness. We will seal the sample as the standard for bulk inspection.
Bulk sampling inspection: Conducted per AQL 2.5 (≤2.5 minor defects per 100 pieces, no major defects), focusing on neat knitting, no loose seams, and uniform elasticity. Bulk orders are packed only after passing inspection.

Quality guarantee: If bulk elasticity/pilling resistance does not match the sample (e.g., pilling resistance only Grade 3), we will re-produce for free and cover the cost of destroying or returning the original goods—this can be clearly stipulated in the contract.

What’s the production lead time for custom knitted garments?

The total lead time for custom orders is approximately 2 months (about 60 days).
Key stages:
Requirement confirmation + pattern design: 3 days (provide pattern drawing + fabric swatch confirmation);
Custom fabric (dyeing/printing): 10-15 days (10 days for regular fabrics, 15 days for special ones like organic cotton);
Pre-production sample making + confirmation: 5 days (make 1-2 samples, with your feedback required within 2 days);
Bulk production + quality inspection: 10-12 days (including cutting, sewing, printing/embroidery, ironing);
Packing + shipping: 2 days (ship via your specified logistics).

Can you provide relevant certifications?

Custom knitted garments exported to Europe need to meet 2 core compliance standards, and we’ll assist with documentation throughout:

Safety compliance: REACH Regulation (restricts 233 hazardous substances like heavy metals and phthalates). We provide third-party test reports to ensure all substance levels are below limits.
Label compliance: Labels must include “fabric composition (e.g., 50% Organic Cotton, 50% Recycled Polyester)”, “country of origin (Made in China)”, and “care instructions (e.g., gentle wash at 30℃, no bleaching)”. We’ll print care labels per EU standards.

For special certifications (e.g., GOTS for organic cotton, GRS for recycled polyester), we can provide certificate copies (please note this when placing the order; certification fees are included in the quote).

Customs clearance support: We’ll prepare a full set of compliant documents (test reports, certificates, commercial invoice, certificate of origin). If EU customs inspection occurs, we’ll arrange professional customs brokers to assist, ensuring clearance within 3 days.
